Graptoveria Dusk
Graptoveria is a hybrid genus crossing Graptopetalum and Echeveria, producing rosette-forming succulents that inherit the best qualities of both parents - the plump, geometric form of Echeveria with the hardiness and colour intensity of Graptopetalum. They are among the easier rosette succulents for Perth gardens and pots, tolerating more heat and neglect than pure Echeveria. Full sun to bright indirect light. Excellent drainage. Water thoroughly then allow to dry completely before watering again. Minimal fertiliser. Dusk produces rosettes in warm dusky pink-purple tones - the colours of a late afternoon sky. Most vivid in full sun, the colour softens slightly in shade. The warm, peachy-pink tones pair well with silver and grey-toned succulents in mixed arrangements.
