Yuzu is the Japanese citrus that spent a decade on restaurant menus and is now finding its way into Perth home gardens - and for good reason. It looks like a small, rough-skinned lemon but the flavour is entirely its own: floral, tart, intensely aromatic, somewhere between lemon, lime, and mandarin with a complexity that no other citrus matches.
