It spreads very slowly to form a dense, flat carpet that is ideal between pavers, stepping stones, and in small gaps where standard Mondo would be too tall. The result, over time, is a living mosaic of dark green between hard surfaces. Extremely slow-growing - patience is required - but once established it is virtually indestructible. Part shade to full sun. Adaptable soils. Very drought tolerant.
